Names and email addresses of architecture, design and development professionals, gathered from publicly available sources such as company websites and professional listings, for the purpose of direct outreach about DORN’s services.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest: outreach is limited to professionals whose role is directly relevant to DORN’s services, sent on a small scale, and never sold or shared with third parties.

Retention

Contact details are kept only as long as they remain relevant to that outreach, and are removed on request or once no longer relevant.
